Reviews and Ratings
I stayed in one of the annex buildings, so my room was along a corridor, down a lift, through a huge tunnel under the main road, through reception, and up the stairs to breakfast. The rooms were old, but surprisingly comfortable and well-equipped. The mattresses were really thin though, so that could be improved. The service was a bit slow at clearing tables, but the staff provided great service overall. The location was beautiful, with gingerbread houses and mountains all around, perfect for exploring nearby hiking trails. The dining experience offered a buffet style with plenty of choices, though the meals were slow to come and sometimes cool. The facilities were decent but nothing outstanding.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were pleasant with some unique features, but lacked modern amenities like a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. The tower room with a conical ceiling was clean and had essential amenities, along with new carpets and a mix of oak and pine furnishings, giving it a smart and newly renovated feel. The highlight was the Throne Room vibe with curtain rods made of halberds. Service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a lovely holiday, although some requests required extra permissions. The location on the outskirts of Fieberbrunn offers convenient bus and rail links, and easy access to mountain walks and children's play areas. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a good selection but missing some items like croissants. Overall, the facilities provided were adequate, but the value for money could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were unique with a seating area but had some challenges, and the stream outside was oddly soothing. The service was excellent and very friendly. The location was decent for activities but not top-notch. The dining was satisfactory, nothing exceptional. The facilities were adequate but lacked special features.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very well appointed and warm, providing a cozy atmosphere. However, there was mixed feedback within our group regarding the modern hotel room. The service was a bit slow at times but had a family-like touch to it. The location was perfect for various activities like skiing and walking, with beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. The dining options were good, but the setup in the annex building was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with some room for improvement.
Had a unique stay in a tower room with a conical ceiling, clean and equipped with essential amenities. The oak and pine decor gave it a smart, newly renovated feel. However, the room felt a bit small for two adults and an adolescent, nestled in one of the circular towers with themed curtain rods. Service was slow at times and had some limitations. The location was ideal for skiing and walking, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to various attractions. The dining experience offered a variety of options but lacked croissants. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
